Every Saturday over the season worked from 1pm to midnight at either Cottesloe or Nedlands rugby club. There was often a small amount of staff so it would be two of us dealing with a high volume of people. I thus have experience in serving drinks in a friendly, quick and efficient way in order to get through the number of people waiting as well as ensure everyone has a positive experience. I don’t get overwhelmed with big crowds waiting but rather focus on the task ahead. Am always friendly and happy to have a laugh.

Worked long and busy hours over the Christmas period. Experience in pouring pints, making cocktails and serving wine. Served pub food as well as sophisticated meals. Dealt and developed a relationship with regular customers. Variety of clientele- able to adjust accordingly

Worked on the till, ran food and cleared tables as well as worked behind the bar.
