Aims

We invest in our youth

Because every young person who grows into their potential strengthens the whole community — families, workplaces, and the next generation who watch them. Partnering with schools, education providers and students, we help young people:

  1. Build the personal and professional knowledge and confidence they need to become the best version of themselves beyond school

  2. Access the resources to take purposeful action — searching, applying, and stepping into roles where they can contribute with pride

  3. Develop foundational life and professional skills, from workplace etiquette (eye contact, a firm handshake) to everyday practical know-how (like effective two-way communication)

  4. Grow the self-confidence and resilience that carries them through setbacks — and into a life of opportunity and service to others

    This Initiative is a real-world industry alliance VET (Vocational Education and Training) program. It exists for young people who deserve a fair start — and for everyone across our impact groups who need a pathway into work and community life.

    The Alliance is the business and industry leaders, VET providers, schools and educators who choose to support them. If you care about the kind of neighbours, colleagues and citizens our youth become, the Alliance is for you.

    A shared pathway — delivered by the Initiative — that builds amazing young people — not just qualified on paper, but able to perform above the norm with confidence grounded in real capability and resilience.
