In my current employment, I mage the educators in the licensed area. Inducting and training new educators. Planning and assessing children's learning through observations, reviewing policies and establishing and maintaining professional relationships in the community. I ensure that the educators are meeting licensing criteria set out by Ministry of Education and address any concerns with them where required.
