As a web developer intern, I designed and developed a full-stack web application for a private holiday rental company. Some of my main tasks included creating sketches and mockups based on customer requirements, implementing a PostgreSQL database to manage bookings and building both the front end and the back end using ReactJS, JavaScript Node.js and Express.

I was primarily responsible for various front end related tasks, including working on the custom created component library that the company uses throughout their platform, and translating designs into code by implementing responsive front end pages. I also participated in the implementation of a few of the microservices and micro frontends. I actively participated in daily standups, refinements and sprint retrospectives.
