Duties included shopping, cleaning, meal prep, and housework.

Ran food and drinks, poured beer, cleared tables, made coffee, and greeted & seated customers. Occasionally worked functions such as weddings or birthdays which involved cocktail waitressing and sometimes even fine dining. I also worked as a flexible server during overflow periods and stepped in as a dishwasher/ kitchen hand when needed.

Cleaned private holiday houses/ Air BNB's and prepared for next guests.

As a part of Year 12, I was required to complete hours in a work placement. I did this at the Visitor's Centre which included: Serving customers, stocktake, managing the front desk alone, and pricing new stock and presenting it on the floor.

Made coffee, served customers, prepared food, balanced the till at the end of the day and closed the cafe.

Completed years 11 & 12 of high school.

This hospitality certificate included a barista course and practical work in a fine dining restaurant.

Included units in payroll, word, excel, and general administration.
