Deliver daily hands-on care for patients across medical, surgical, and general wards. Provided direct personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility support. Supported elderly, post-operative, and medically dependent patients with activities of daily living (ADLs). Monitored and recorded vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and reported changes to nursing staff. Assisted patients with safe transfers and repositioning using approved manual handling techniques. Maintained high standards of infection prevention and control in line with clinical guidelines. Prepared patients for medical procedures and ensured comfort during treatment and recovery. Supported medication rounds under nurse supervision. Responded appropriately to emergencies, administering first aid and CPR when required. Worked collaboratively with nurses, doctors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. Maintained accurate patient records and respected confidentiality at all times.
