Our team’s goal is to embrace technology as a tool, to help us be human and achieve more.
Founded in early 2016, through an exercise of Big Thinking; our founder asked the question “How can
we make the world a better place?” and UseVerb’s journey began.
Work Stress is a major stress in people lives.
We spend our adult lives at work,
Who we work with is important.. isn’t it?
Could better teams improve quality of life? Happiness? Productivity?
We believe it can.
So we built a prototype and went to market to test.
Successful feedback from companies including UnderArmour, AmericanExpress and many more.
In fact, they all agreed, UseVerb’s solution didn't just solve their hiring problem... it solved
their Core Business!
Their People are their business!
The right team Culture directly improves revenue and stops Talent Churn.
UseVerb had the foundation to become a literal Game Changer.
We needed to build UseVerb.
So we went Stealth and entered Engineering mode.
Like Iron Man in his garage.. but no where near as cool.
UseVerb’s grown since, from a big thinking idea.. to an awesome tool.

I believe we’ve all got something special inside
and Personality wins Jobs, not cover letters.
For me, technology holds the power to transform and empower us.
But it's people who count, they make the difference and there is no substitute for hard work.

Our mission is to connect and co-ordinate the worlds workforce.
We seek to unite people and provide them confidence, pathways and tools that allow them to be their very best. Irrespective of where they start, their future is our future.
